My partner, David Hall has expressed to me what a fine person you were and suggested that I use your professional services should the need ever arise. The need did in fact still arise last week when a front tire on my Ford F350 self-destructed. On Thursday and again on Saturday I engaged your team to help me out of this predicament. In a world that is quick to complain, I am here to do just the opposite. The people that work with you treated me with great cordiality and in a timely fashion at a price that was fair, I am sure. I want to thank you and Atlantic Tire for awarding me the Atlantic Tire and Service Award for the Cary Chamber of Commerce Honor A Teacher Award Program. Interviewing and receiving this award has been the most exciting experience in my life, as I have envisioned being a teacher since I was a young child. The Atlantic Tire and Service Award has been a blessing to me as well as a motivation to continuously strive to be the most effective teacher I can be, making a difference in the lives of my students.

I am writing to tell you about the great service your company delivers. A couple of years ago I noticed a nail in my wife’s tire as she was headed to Kroger. I suggested she pull into Atlantic Tire and have it plugged. Turns out the nail had not penetrated the tire enough to leak air, however one of her other tires was worn out dangerously. Your technician wouldn’t let her leave without a used tire installed at No Cost. I couldn’t believe this in these times.

We have since purchased 8 tires and some brakes from your company. Your people always go the “extra mile”. We have recommended you to dozens of people who have become loyal customers like us. I had a burned out cooling fan. Your technician verified my diagnosis, installed a new fan and it still didn’t work. A link was burned and while he was explaining my options he had a thought. He had a friend at a Buick dealership who could fax him a schematic of my wiring. Extra mile and 30 minutes later I am on my way with a complete repair.

Thanks for the great service. Keep up the good service and we will continue to tell all our friends and neighbors about Atlantic Tire.

Dear Sirs,

Last Friday morning as I was about to leave town to see friends in Wilmington, NC I discovered I had a flat tire. I had bought my set of tires at Atlantic Tire & Service in December, 1999 and decided to get my car back to that same location. In about an hour, I had a new tire and was on my way.

I got excellent courteous service from your employee, Mike Blackman. He was very professional and understanding of my situation. I have lived in Cary my whole life (42 years) and have seen a lot of changes. Mike’s wonderful customer service and positive attitude was a throw back to the “old Cary” that I remember from my childhood!

Dear Store Manager,

The other day around 5:45 I left my house to attend classes at the Business and Industry Center near Waverly Place. During the course of my trip, my left back tire of my truck became very flat, and my truck barely made it into the Rose Mart gas station. I attempted to use their machine for air to fill the back tire, but it was out of order.

One of your technicians, Josh, was near where my truck was parked and I asked him if I could possibly use your air facilities. He was more than happy to let me do that, and I pulled around to the front of your business. Upon further inspection, Josh noticed that my tire had been pierced by a metal object (which was still in the tire). He took the time to take the tire off of my truck, remove the metal object, seal the puncture, fill the tire with air, and put it back on my truck. Bear in mind that your business was about to close at 6, and he still completed my repair. I was late to my class but was still able to attend a significant portion of it.

I just wanted to bring to your attention the great service Josh did for me the other day. I appreciated him taking the time to fix my tire, especially when your business was about to close. Due to the great service I received, I will think of Atlantic Tire first for my next auto service needs.
